She values a collaborative approach to assist individuals in becoming their most authentic selves, while also discovering their life’s purpose and significance.
She encourages you to consider a thought-provoking question, “What is your story?” We all have our own unique stories to express and share. When we begin to uncover the power of our stories, we can explore our inner selves and discover our voices. Shannen believes that everyone’s feelings and life experiences are valid and deserve to be recognized, regardless of the accuracy or perception of their reality.
You are the main character in your life story, and by adopting a client-centered approach, you may seek the assistance of a facilitator to guide you along the way. Consider yourself as the flower, while the facilitator serves as the stem. Through collaboration with Shannen, the emphasis will be on enhancing your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being to cultivate a healthier and more meaningful life.
Shannen is currently accepting clients from District of Columbia (DC).
